President, Senior Advisor


Rick is President and Founder of Planning Capital Management Corporation. Drawing from his experience as a Financial Advisor he developed the organization specifically to provide no boundary wealth management strategies to meet its client goals.

With a mission of bringing together some of the finest talent in the industry, each having unique qualities in the areas finance working together to provide our clients with the depth of knowledge and the personal high quality service needed to accomplish their goals.

Rick’s experience came from working with a National Brokerage firm where he provided investment strategies and asset management solutions to high-net-worth private clients, institutions and non-profit foundations. Later he joined an independent firm where he helped to develop this, predominately insurance and estate planning, boutique into a wealth management firm.

As a believer in an informed clientele, Mr. Bell has presented in depth educational programs about various aspects of finance, such as Manager Selection and The Need for Investment Policy, Effective Asset Allocation, Tax Act Effects, Philanthropic Estate Planning, and other related topics to clients, local certified public accountants, area business people and foundations.

Rick majored in Finance and Economics and has completed the Certified Financial Planning program at the College of Financial Planning. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Cherry Hill Regional Chamber of Commerce and Previous Chairman of the Ambassadors Club, Cherry Hill Education Foundation, and the Cherry Hill Planning Board. Rick has also been a member of the Citizen’s Advisory Board, Economic Development Advisory Committee and a Trustee of the Camden County Work Force Investment Board.

Currently, Rick is an active member of the Burlington County College Foundation board of trustees as Treasurer and with his family very active with South Jersey Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) where his wife Donna serves on the board of trustees the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA).

In addition to his passion for economics and wealth management, his greater passion remains with his wife Donna and four children, Ashley, Janey, Riley and Evey in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
